Privacy Policy
InjectionMouldHub collects only the information needed to receive, review, and respond to project enquiries, RFQ requests, contact messages, and drawing uploads. We use a manual-review model so that project details can be checked for completeness before qualified manufacturing partner follow-up.
Information we may collect
- Contact details such as name, company, email, phone, country, and buyer role.
- Project details such as part type, annual volume, material, timeline, project stage, existing tooling status, and notes.
- Files you upload, including CAD files, drawings, images, PDFs, or ZIP packages.
- Technical data such as source page, UTM/referrer data, hashed IP address, and hashed browser user-agent information for security and lead attribution.
How we use information
- To respond to your enquiry.
- To review whether your project information is complete enough for RFQ or partner follow-up.
- To help route your request to the right service path, such as DFM, tooling, parts production, or process guidance.
- To maintain lead records, reduce spam, and improve the website experience.
When information may be shared
Qualified project information may be shared manually with a manufacturing partner for review or follow-up. We do not represent that every submission will be forwarded. We may also share information with service providers that help operate the site, host files, process email, secure submissions, or maintain business records.
Drawings and uploaded files
Uploaded files may contain commercially sensitive information. Do not upload highly confidential trade secrets, regulated information, export-controlled files, or sensitive personal information unless a separate written agreement or NDA is in place. We take reasonable steps to restrict access, but no internet transmission or storage system is risk-free.
Your choices and privacy requests
You may contact us to request access, correction, deletion, withdrawal of consent, or details about how your information is used, subject to legal, security, contractual, and business-record limitations.
Privacy contact
Privacy requests can be sent to [email protected]. Please include enough information for us to identify your submission without sending unnecessary sensitive details.
