Terms of Use
These Terms apply to your use of the InjectionMouldHub website and any project, RFQ, contact, or drawing upload submission made through the site.
Role of the website
InjectionMouldHub is a North America-facing project intake and buyer-preparation gateway. It helps visitors submit project information for manual review and potential manufacturing partner follow-up. It is not an instant-quote platform and does not itself guarantee manufacturing acceptance, pricing, timing, delivery, or production outcomes.
No binding quote or agreement
Submitting a form, uploading files, or receiving an initial response does not create a binding quote, purchase order, supply agreement, manufacturing agreement, agency relationship, exclusivity commitment, or obligation for either party to proceed. Any quote, NDA, purchase order, production agreement, quality requirement, delivery schedule, or commercial term must be confirmed separately in writing by the appropriate parties.
Manual review and partner handoff
Submissions may be reviewed manually before being forwarded to a manufacturing partner. We may decline, request more information, or route a submission to a different next step if the project is incomplete, unsuitable, sensitive, or outside available support.
File and drawing submissions
You are responsible for ensuring you have the right to submit any drawings, CAD files, photos, sketches, specifications, or other materials. Do not submit materials that violate third-party rights, confidentiality obligations, export controls, regulatory rules, or intellectual property restrictions.
Acceptable use
You may not use the site to submit malicious files, unlawful content, misleading project information, restricted materials, spam, or information you are not authorized to share.
Limitations
The website and its content are provided for general information, project routing, and RFQ preparation. Content may not reflect every technical, legal, regulatory, or manufacturing requirement that applies to a project. Independent technical, legal, regulatory, and commercial review may be needed before production decisions are made.
